Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver a sophisticated, personalized client experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and aesthetic
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base through thoughtful outreach, styling expertise, and relationship building
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall boutique performance
- Act as a trusted style advisor, offering tailored recommendations based on client preferences and lifestyle
- Maintain detailed client profiles, tracking purchase history, preferences, and key milestones
Brand Representation
- Embody the brand’s understated luxury through impeccable presentation and professionalism
- Uphold the boutique’s atmosphere, ensuring a welcoming, elegant, and elevated environment at all times
- Support visual merchandising standards in alignment with the brand’s identity and seasonal collections
Operations
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and replenishment to ensure a seamless sales floor
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures with precision and care
- Ensure accuracy across all transactions, including POS operations and cash handling
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience within luxury or premium retail environments
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of building meaningful, long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Passion for luxury fashion, textiles, and craftsmanship
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
