About the Role:

This role is hands-on and best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python applications integrating with Smartsheet, Directus, and database systems
- Design and automate workflows to streamline business processes
- Implement data pipelines and perform basic data science tasks for reporting and insights
- Build and maintain integrations with HubSpot and GoHighLevel
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand workflow needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in API integrations
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Directus, and relational databases
- Understanding of data science concepts and business process automation
- Experience with HubSpot and GoHighLevel CRM platforms
- Startup or consulting experience (even while in college) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
