- Monitor clients’ health status and promptly report any changes or concerns to medical professionals and family members as appropriate.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity through empathetic and patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any noteworthy observations.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Proven experience in home care or a related healthcare field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for clients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
- Relevant certifications and training in home care or first aid are preferred.
- Earn up to $23 hour
