360 Sales LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to provide superior support to our shop operations. This position will be the heart of our shop operations, providing support to the shop team's operations. The ideal candidate approaches all tasks, big or small, with professionalism and a positive attitude, acting as the main point of contact between management, staff, and clients. Previous automotive office experience is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and industry-leading benefits. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership skills, and experience with automotive shop operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership
    • Assist Shop Operations manage daily staff scheduling
    • Preparing Invoices & Taking Payments
    • Act as a liaison between the shop team, Managers, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.
    • Support and maintain shop processes
    • Monitoring repair and maintenance data
  • Administrative Management:
    • Logistics and errands assistance, including parts drop-offs and pickups when needed
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
    • Parts and consumables monitoring
    • Vendor/Dealer coordination
    • Support human resources with onboarding, training documentation, and performance evaluations for shop employees
    • Ensure work orders, invoices, and maintenance records are complete and finance ready
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure shop operations comply with OSHA standards, workplace safety protocols, and company policies
    • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring proper use of PPE and adherence to hazard identification procedures
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve shop efficiency and workflow
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, equipment, and staff training

Knowledge:

  • Shop Operations: Knowledge of managing a shop environment, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
  • Safety and Compliance: Familiarity with OSHA standards and workplace safety best practices
  • Customer and Vendor Relations: Knowledge of providing high-quality service and fostering professional relationships

 

Qualifications:

Leadership:

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to manage shop operations effectively

Administrative:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • High-level analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Safety and Attention to Detail:

  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail in diagnosing issues to maintain operational standards
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, climbing, walking, and stooping
  • Comfortable working in an environment with loud noises and varying temperatures
  • Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Work Environment:

  • Exposed to shop equipment, hazardous conditions, and extreme temperatures
  • May require flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
