A global manufacturer for commercial, industrial and residential settings is seeking a Materials Manager to lead end-to-end materials management and drive operational performance. This position ensures efficient material flow, optimized inventory levels, and strong cross-functional coordination.

About the opportunity
- Lead shipping, receiving, planning, procurement, and inventory control functions.
- Develop and continuously improve materials management strategies, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
- Own key performance metrics including inventory turns, backorders, backlog, cash flow impact, and service levels.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support demand planning and new product introductions.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree
3 years experience in materials management, supply chain, planning, and/or procurement
Experience leading a team and ability to lead in a matrixed environment
Strong planning systems experience
Excellent communication and data analysis skills
Continuous Improvement background
Salary : $129,500 - $135,000
