What are the responsibilities and job description for the Videographer, Editor & Content Creator position at 360 Precision?
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and hands-on Videographer, Video Editor & Content Creator to take charge of our video content and brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other major platforms. You’ll execute on our digital storytelling, collaborating directly with the founder and marketing team to create high-impact videos, product photography, and campaigns that showcase our products and the lifestyle that comes with them.
This role requires deep technical expertise. We are looking for someone who knows how to shoot and edit professional video and still content, and can contribute their knowledge and experience to enhance the perception of our brand across our channels.
Your skills
- Proven track record behind the camera and in the edit: videography, photography, and post-production at a professional level (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent).
- You understand content that performs not just how to make it look good, but how to make people stop scrolling, watch, and engage.
- Strong instinct for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition, your work holds attention from the first frame to the last.
- Self-sufficient and execution-driven – you can identify content opportunities, and take an idea and run it through to completion.
- Highly organized, you can manage footage, projects, and deadlines without things slipping through the cracks.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and content needs to be produced consistently.
- Genuine interest in firearms, shooting sports, and tactical culture, understanding the audience is a major advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Capture high-impact visuals using professional camera, lighting, and audio gear.
- Collaborate with our CEO founder and digital marketing team to ideate on content, execute, analyze performance, iterate and repeat.
- Direct and script videos, and propose social captions for them.
- Shoot, edit, and deliver both short-form hits and long-form YouTube content that is visually engaging and expertly edited to drive engagement and attention.
- Lead production of the Accuracy Matters podcast, with visual storytelling to match the expertise being shared.
- Direct and execute product shoots and brand visuals that elevate how everything looks and feels, and collaborate with our website team to bring our products to life on our ecommerce platform.
- Research high-performing thumbnails across the firearms and outdoor content space, design multiple thumbnail variants per video, and run A/B tests to continuously improve click-through rates.
- Build and manage a clean, organized content system, assets, footage, and a calendar that keeps everything moving.

Salary : $60,000 - $79,999
