360 Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our South Oklahoma City clinic. We are an outpatient orthopedic practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Compensation & Incentives
Competitive Base Pay
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Student loan repayment up to $25,000 available
Sign-On Bonus - Up to $5,000 for all roles

Responsibilities
Implement PT-developed plans of care to restore mobility, function, and strength
Provide hands-on interventions, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education
Use ALT to streamline documentation and complete accurate, timely notes
Track outcomes and collaborate with the supervising PT to progress plans as needed
Educate patients/families on home programs to accelerate recovery
Uphold all regulatory and company standards for quality and compliance
Qualifications
Completion of Physical Therapist Assistant Program
Oklahoma PTA license (or eligibility in process)
Outpatient ortho experience a plus; new grads welcome
