Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales flow for all inbound leads
- Initiate lead generation programs
- Attend networking events and BNI
- Schedule estimates for leads as they are generated
- Complete sales appointments following our proven sales process
- Follow up with all work not landed on the spot
- Track KPI’s through weekly performance reports
- Provide an extraordinary customer experience
- Perform field visits to ensure high quality work and customer satisfaction
- Serve as a point of contact for customers
- Complete necessary administrative paperwork and duties
- Attend weekly review meetings with president as scheduled
- Report necessary information to President of 360 Painting of Columbus
- Strong Communication skills are a must
- Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
- Basic computer and software skills are needed
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Be a self-starter and self-motivated
- Must be a problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable
- High Energy and Durability
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of job-related work experience
- College degree preferred but not required
- Painting experience is a plus
