- Shows up on job site; greets the homeowner; requests to walk around the property.
- Asks the customer questions and makes recommendations.
- Generates the quote and submits it to the customer.
- Previous construction/consumer sales experience
- Controls all sales functions.
- Completes estimates/proposals for work.
- Initiates lead generation programs.
- Supervises and delegates office activities.
- Performs follow-up function once jobs are completed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Completes performance reports as required.
