The Per Diem Doctor of Chiropractic delivers high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary corporate outpatient setting.
This position is ideal for a clinician who is adaptable, service-oriented, and comfortable practicing in a modern, team-based care model that emphasizes access, efficiency, and a high-touch patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
CLINICAL CARE DELIVERY
- Provide comprehensive primary and acute care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of common medical conditions
- Manage chronic conditions within scope and clinic capabilities
- Order and interpret imaging
- High touch, low volume schedule
- Deliver a personalized, patient-centered care experience with strong attention to service and communication
- Ensure timely access to care, including same-day or next-day visits when appropriate
- Provide clear guidance, education, and follow-up to support patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with internal providers across disciplines, including medical and services
- Facilitate referrals to external specialists and diagnostic services as needed
- Coordinate follow-up care, including tracking results and supporting care plan adherence
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate or consult with the Director of Musculoskeletal Care as needed
- Adhere to established clinical protocols, workflows, and compliance standards
- Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in Florida
- D.C. degree from an accredited Chiropractic institution.
- Experience 5 years of clinical experience
