Recruiter / Onsite Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary
As an Onsite Coordinator / Skilled Trades Recruiter, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing associates within the facility while also supporting recruiting efforts for skilled trades roles. This position plays a critical role in workforce management, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and safety compliance to ensure smooth operations and proper staffing levels.

Duties

• Coordinate and supervise associates within the facility, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to work schedules
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling testing, orientations, drug testing, and medical evaluations
• Support recruiting efforts for skilled trades roles, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to fill open positions quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with the team to assess ongoing workforce requirements and adjust staffing levels as needed
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure that safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure work environment
• Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies and procedures

Experience

• Proven experience in workforce coordination, staffing, or recruiting, preferably in a skilled trades or industrial environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage various processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures, including testing, orientation, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with associates, candidates, and clients
• Experience with skilled trades recruiting and/or manpower planning is strongly preferred

This is a salary plus commission role!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
