Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processing Clerk / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting order processing, logistics coordination, and customer service operations while ensuring accurate data entry and smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and external partners. Bilingual candidates, especially English–Chinese, are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on the full order process, including order creation, shipping, receiving, and tracking.
- Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Maintain close communication with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipment information.
- Coordinate with truck drivers, customs brokers, and other external partners to track transportation and customs clearance status.
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries regarding order status, service information, and basic issue resolution.
- Manage client accounts and update order statuses in the system.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records and documentation.
- Organize and file documents such as orders, invoices, and reconciliation reports.
- Conduct outbound calls for order follow-up or customer outreach when necessary.
- Handle payments or cash transactions as required.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and improve service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office systems.
- Excellent typing, data entry, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, call center, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience with outbound calling, sales support, or client services is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- US green card holders or US citizens preferred; recent university graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous cash-handling experience is a plus but not required.
