Job Description
Sr. Project Manager - Quality Management Systems
Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Duration: 6 Months
Notes:
- They are looking for another PM for a Quality Management System (QMS) deployment experience
- Veeva QMS and Sparta (either Stratas or 123 Compliance)
- Must have a minimum 6 years experience with either Veeva or Sparta (CLOUD BASED QMS)
- Must have experience with deploying cloud-based QMS systems and has a deep understanding of Validated implementations.
- 10 years Project Management in the pharma industry
- Must know validation
- Will be customer facing to the Quality Team
- Must be a strong PM, organized, influence and lead

Description:
We're seeking a talented, multi-faceted Senior IT Project Manager who is enthusiastic about working in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. They will assist our IT department with our cloud based Quality Management System deploy, as well as managing additional miscellaneous projects within the department
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Facilitate communication between vendors and company.
- Present written and oral reports defining project plans, challenges and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
