Job Description
· 10-15 years of IT knowledge specifically with Enterprise architect and contact center solutions.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Security clearance required.
· Working knowledge of systems architecture concepts of Avaya Aura Platform including IVR, CTI and Media Servers
