We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive with a true ownership mindset. This role isn’t just about sales — it’s about becoming a builder of our revenue engine. You’ll lead full-cycle sales for post-construction and commercial cleaning services: generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, delivering proposals, and closing high-value deals.

- Generate new business in the commercial and construction sectors.
- Conduct on-site client walkthroughs and consultations.
- Create and present detailed proposals and project bids.
- Close deals and transition accounts smoothly to service delivery teams.
- Use CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage your pipeline.
- Build relationships with GCs, PMs, and property managers.
- Represent the 360 Standard with professionalism, care, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- 2–5 years of successful B2B field sales experience.
- Familiarity with construction or commercial services a strong plus.
- CRM experience required; GoHighLevel familiarity is a bonus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Must be self-driven and entrepreneurial in mindset.
- Based in Arizona with flexibility to travel locally.
- 100% Commission-Based — realistic first-year earnings of $80,000–$120,000 .
