360 H&C Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential & Commercial Painter to join our growing team. This role involves preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces for residential and commercial projects while delivering high-quality workmanship and professional results.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, repairing imperfections, and applying primer.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment as required by the project.
- Protect surrounding areas (floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures) using tape, drop cloths, and plastic coverings.
- Meet established project timelines and report progress to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after job completion.
- Properly use and maintain assigned tools and equipment.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times.
Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of residential or commercial painting experience.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques.
- Knowledge in walls repair and ceiling repair including texture.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Working Conditions
- Indoor and outdoor work environments.
- Flexible schedule based on project needs.
- May require working at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
Safety Guidelines
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, masks or respirators.
- Ensure ladders, scaffolding, and equipment are inspected and secured before use.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent slips, trips, and falls.
- Safely handle and dispose of paints and hazardous materials.
