As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a key role in securing new work, shaping preconstruction strategy, and ensuring projects start on a solid foundation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the preparation of detailed estimates for interior and exterior wall system projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to define scope and requirements.
• Develop quantity take-offs, pricing strategies, and bid proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients during preconstruction phases.
• Analyze historical cost data and market trends to ensure accurate, competitive estimates.
• Manage bid schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Identify risks, value-engineering opportunities, and constructability issues.
• Mentor and support junior estimators as needed.

What You Bring

• 7 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, ideally in drywall, framing, plaster, or related scopes.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
• Proficiency with estimating tools such as On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or OST.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
