Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and bid proposals for potential projects.
• Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Oversee and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
