Duties And Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge and experience preparing estimates in Xactimate.
- Must be capable of estimating fixed bid projects and time and material projects.
- Responsible for projects exceeding $1M.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of all 360 Fire & Flood services.
- Must understand scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality controls.
- Review daily requirements of the projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges.
- Provide appropriate field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for various projects.
- Must maintain attention to detail
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Will be required to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically.
- 5 plus years of industry experience
- Water damage restoration: 2 years (Required)
- Construction: 5 years (Required)
- Xactimate software: 3 years (Required)
