We are hiring Travelling Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team for School-based positions in California starting in July/ August 2026. These are full-time positions for the new school year 2026-27.
NOTE: This job requires you to relocate to California. If you are relocating or travelling more than 60 miles from your location, you might be eligible for per-diem benefits as per the IRS guidelines.
Job description:
The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism, and experience working with data collection, assessment, treatment planning, and client documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to students in the classroom setting.
- Perform assessments of student’s intellectual and behavioral skills.
- Develop and implement behavior plans based on assessments.
- Collect data on student’s performance using electronic technology as needed.
- Document behaviors using electronic technology as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive services for each student.
- Maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to further understanding of all aspects of the program.
Experience is preferred but not required. Experience with an ASD program is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! The ideal candidate will be a good fit for our students and parents, will work well under pressure, be able to problem solve, be flexible, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
