Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily office operations & scheduling
  • Assist with project documentation, permits, & job files
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, & client communications
  • Coordinate with field staff & subcontrctors
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, & basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain organized digital & physical records
  • Support project managers with administrative needs

Requirements:

  • Prior construction office of administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, email platforms)
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize effectively
  • Professional attitude & strong attention to detail

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
