Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily office operations & scheduling
- Assist with project documentation, permits, & job files
- Handle incoming calls, emails, & client communications
- Coordinate with field staff & subcontrctors
- Process invoices, purchase orders, & basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain organized digital & physical records
- Support project managers with administrative needs
Requirements:
- Prior construction office of administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, email platforms)
- Ability to multitask & prioritize effectively
- Professional attitude & strong attention to detail
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
