About the Role: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations, client communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers and office technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a hospitable environment to all clients and visitors
  • Ability to effectively multitask
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general client inquiries.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
  • Process routine client service requests and prepare paperwork as needed.
  • Maintain an organized, professional office environment.
  • Support office events and other operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation, and the ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
