As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.
No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

What you’ll do
- Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
- Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
- Celebrate their wins! (big and small)

Pay & Benefits
- $21 - $25 / hour based on experience and education
- Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 7:30pm (15-20/week)
Hiring Bonus
- $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
- $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
Additional Pay Incentives
- $2/hour for weekend shifts
- $5/hour for company-observed holidays

- Cities Targeting- North County Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles. South County San Luis Obispo, 5 Cities & Nipomo must being willing to travel within 20 miles.
- We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
- Reliable transportation
No experience? No problem!
