Clinic-Based Administrative Assistant
$20.00 – $23.00 per hour | Full-Time |Monday-Friday 11:00AM-7:30PM

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling
- Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Update and maintain electronic client records
- Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations
- Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training provided!)
- Help make sure our clinic is a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Your Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (Preferred/Required)
- 6 months of administrative or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and reliability
- Enjoys helping others and thrives in a team setting
