As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic while ensuring exceptional service for our clients, families, and employees.
Operations & Leadership
- Lead daily clinic operations and administrative functions.
- Monitor operational performance and financial goals.
- Manage special projects and process improvements.
- Partner with clinical leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate office meetings, events, and facility management.
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and applicable federal and state regulations.
- Coach, mentor, and support administrative staff.
- Assist with employee onboarding and training.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Support employee communications and documentation.
- Partner with leadership on operational initiatives.
- Review Client Service Agreements with families.
- Support client scheduling, authorizations, and documentation.
- Maintain electronic client records.
- Monitor operational audits and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and funding sources.
- Oversee clinic scheduling and staffing needs.
- Manage schedule updates and workforce planning.
- Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives.
- Assist with interviews and new hire onboarding.
- Build relationships within the community.
- Partner with the Marketing team to increase referrals and clinic visibility.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
