Your Impact
You’ll welcome, train, and mentor new Behavior Interventionists—helping them feel confident, supported, and ready to deliver high-quality ABA services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead live, remote ABA training cohorts
- Mentor new hires through onboarding
- Create an engaging, positive first experience
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching
- Partner with home centers on scheduling and readiness
- Track training completion and engagement
- Share performance feedback with leadership
- Help improve and evolve our training programs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, or related field
- 1 year experience as a Behavior Interventionist (ABA)
- Strong ABA knowledge and communication skills
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
- Meets background, TB, and employment requirements
Nice to Have
- Mentorship or training experience
- Group facilitation or presentation skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Scheduling or practice management software experience
