The anesthesiologist takes primary call while there

Anesthesiologist supervises during the day and takes primary OR/OB call after 3 pm and on weekends, managing their own cases when on call.
Average of less than 1 after-hours callback per week for Epidurals and C-sections.
It is extremely rare to be called back for an OR case; there hasn’t been a case in over a year.
