5 ORs 1 procedure room and 2 Endoscopy suites
5 CRNAs
Types of cases: Orthopedics, Urology, Vascular, GI, Gyn, Neuro Spine,
Medical Direction
M-F No call or weekends
No OB, Hearts, or Heads
W2 $500k – 10 weeks PTO – no call
1099 $550k – 42-week commitment – no call
Medical Director Stipend $14K
SOB $30K 2-year commitment

Salary : $10,000 - $500,000
