We have an immediate opportunity for an Invoicing Specialist near Ontario, CA. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and support multiple teams. This is a hybrid position that requires two days in the office. Duties and Responsibilities:Follow multiple invoicing processes for multiple vendorsProcess invoices, track and analyze rejected invoices, work with internal team to ensure accuracy and processes are followedAbility to lead meetings with internal and external teams utilizing management system datasets to analyze trends and confirm accuracy of invoicesAbility to meet schedules and deadlines are requiredRequires high attention to detailExperience reconciling invoices while applying advance analytical and data interpretation skills for the purpose of assessing and monitoringWill service as primary point of contact for assigned vendorsAbility to facilitate clear communication and promote follow up and resolutionCollaborate with team members to optimize workflow and support to ensure compliance with invoice processKnowledge and ability to recommend opportunities for process improvements to aid with the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum of 3 to 5 years of Billing and Invoicing experienceIntermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot TablesMS Office Programs experience also required (i.e. Word, Outlook, Project, Power Point)Experience using SAP, Ariba desired or other similar platformsExperience with vendor management systemsHigh degree of accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving with the ability to prioritizePossess strong communication skills (written/verbal)Excellent at relationship building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProject/program management experience desiredUtility experience desired Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.Compensation based on experience.
