Equipment Operator

We have an immediate opportunity for an Equipment Operator in the Teton County area of Idaho. The Plow Operator will act in a Lead Man role taking a leadership role with crew members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Class “A” driver’s license with an air brake endorsement desired
• Ability to completely train other operators on assigned projects
• Ability to take a leadership role which includes directing crews in a safe, productive professional manner
• Ability to make any field decisions or changes in absence of the Field Foreman
• Excellent communicator as this position requires public relations skills necessary for coworkers, the public, and clients

Experience operating the following equipment

• Backhoe
• Excavator or Mini Excavator
• Loader (Skid Steer or Large Wheel Loader)
• Cable Plow (Rubber Tire or Crawler)
• 3 plus years’ experience operating a Roto Mill/Rumble Strip Truck Driver/Operator
• Rock Saw
• Trencher Wheel or Chain
• Crane or Boom Truck up to 38 Ton
• This position requires ability to walk, stand, stoop, sit, reach and lift
• Ability to work in climate weather
