Jersey Mike's is a growing sub sandwich franchise that offers a lively and fast-paced working environment, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member/Shift Leader to join our team. As a Crew Member/Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in delivering a superior customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour ( WE PUT THIS BEING $15 AN HOUR PLUS TIPS.. TIPS AVERAGE $3-4 AN HOUR )
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of crew members in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare a variety of sub sandwiches and other menu items in accordance with Jersey Mike's standards
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and responding to customer needs
- Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately
- Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively during your shift
- Coach and motivate crew members to achieve their full potential
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
