A Condominium Association, located in Georgetown, is currently seeking dependable and personable Door Attendants to join our team:
- Weekend Evening Door Attendant
- On-Call / Part-Time Door Attendant (Shifts available 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–midnight, seven days a week)

What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with little supervision
- Friendly, courteous, and great at building resident trust
- Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, load/unload luggage carts, and assist with packages, groceries, and more
- Comfortable enforcing Association rules in a professional and respectful manner
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Building Link a plus (but not required)
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting all owners and guests
- Opening doors and assisting with luggage, packages, and groceries
- Ensuring safety of residents and property while promoting positive public relations
- Following direction from the on-site Supervisor and collaborating with coworkers
