33 Taps is seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong hospitality presence to lead their Downtown LA location, the largest in the group. The current GM will be moving into a regional capacity as the company grows, and they are looking for a proven operator who can immediately step in and take ownership of a demanding operation with composure, confidence, and ease. This person will work closely with the current GM in the initial weeks to get properly acclimated and help ensure a smooth transition.

This is a multifaceted role that will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including team development, financial and operational performance, guest satisfaction, quality and consistency, and service execution. The ideal candidate will have an established track record of success in volume-heavy, large format restaurants, and experience overseeing substantial teams of 30 employees. Candidates should be equally numbers driven, with the ability to identify and maximize opportunities to drive sales and business growth. Looking for someone with a true ownership mentality and a strong sense of initiative who can uphold and build upon a strong culture of growth, integrity, and operational excellence.

Compensation includes a base salary in the $120-150k range DOE, plus 20% annual bonus potential, partially covered medical benefits, and progressive PTO plan.
