Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our customers' vehicles running safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for mounting, balancing, repairing and installing tires on a variety of vehicles, all while maintaining our commitment to getting customers in and back on the road in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mount and balance tires for a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs, and more.
- Inspect tires for damage and wear and ensuring they meet all regulations
- Perform tire repairs, including patching and plugging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and respected.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily service goals and customer expectations.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to protect yourself and our customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tire installation or automotive repair is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy tires, sometimes up to 75 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and tire types is a plus.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, as needed.
