Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining and configuring network infrastructure, diagnosing hardware and software issues, implementing security measures, and assisting end-users with technical support.
