About the Role:

Physical therapy meets fun, and progress meets play! Here, you’ll work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help our young patients (from newborns to teenagers) achieve their full physical potential. Each day you’ll be making a real impact on children’s lives through meaningful movement, creative exercises, and even some good old-fashioned silly play! If you’re passionate about kids and have a knack for turning therapy into a blast, we want you on our team!

• Kiddo Adventure Guide: Work with kiddos of all kinds—whether it’s autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or beyond, every day’s a new adventure! Adapt to each child’s unique needs, bring your A-game energy, and make therapy feel like the best part of their day.
• Game Plan Follower: Stick to the superhero action plan crafted by our Physical Therapist, monitor each victory, and document those epic wins. After all, progress is our middle name!

• Victory Tracker Extraordinaire: Capture every moment of progress, from mini milestones to big wins. If it’s a cause for celebration, we’re writing it down!
• Clean Space Captain: Maintain a tidy and safe environment so our therapy headquarters always stays hero ready. Because even superheroes need a clean base to save the day!

Your Hero Origins:

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Indiana.
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required—bring your passion for working with kids, and we’ll show you the ropes!
• Enthusiasm for working with kids of all ages and backgrounds
