We are looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician / Plumber Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is skilled in irrigation installation/repair, enjoys hands-on work, and wants long-term growth in the plumbing and irrigation field.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems (sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, pumps, lines)
- Troubleshoot leaks, electrical issues, coverage problems, and pressure inconsistencies
- Assist plumbers with residential plumbing tasks
- Perform trenching, digging, pipe installation, and irrigation line repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Drive company vehicles and handle tools/equipment properly
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Complete job documentation and material logs
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of irrigation experience required
- Clean driving record (MVR required)
- Experience troubleshooting irrigation systems
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Dependability and professionalism are a must
