Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Drywaller to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
• Perform diverse construction activities including framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, door hanging, and metal stud framing.
• Execute plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and tile laying to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Install fixtures such as lighting, cabinetry, and other hardware with precision.
• Conduct plumbing tasks including pipe installation, repairs, and water damage restoration efforts.
• Apply painting techniques utilizing airless paint sprayers and traditional methods to enhance surfaces.
• Carry out caulking and sealing to ensure weatherproofing and structural integrity.
• Engage in remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading flooring, doors, windows, and other structural components.
• Support mold remediation and water damage restoration processes by identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols and building codes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating and hands-on construction site work.
• Demonstrated skills in drywall installation, carpentry (including trim carpentry).
• Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation, plumbing (including pipe installation), caulking, painting (airless spray preferred), metal stud framing, door hanging, flooring installation, remodeling projects, and masonry work.
• Familiarity with the restoration industry standards is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work.
• Valid experience working on construction sites with safety-conscious practices.
• Maintenance Person experience or multi-trade skills are highly desirable.
