We are a family-owned and operated business that has been operating for over 30 years. We have a fun hybrid business model with a sit-down restaurant, take-out deli, quality catering, and curated market selection.
Essential DutiesResponsibilities
- Builds cut fruit in retail packaging per given recipes and guides.
- Makes all prep associated with the product according to given recipes and daily pars.
- Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Answer, report, and follow GM/KM instructions.
Full Time Thursday-Monday 6 am-2 pm
Wage: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour (plus pooled tips after probationary period of roughly $4-$6/hr)
