This role will work under the direction of our Senior Director Salesforce to design, develop, and maintain our comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and a passion for leveraging technology to advance our organizational mission. Required Qualifications 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Expert-level proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model design Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3 Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) & Gearset Proven experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) Knowledge of asynchronous processing patterns (Future methods, Batch Apex, Queueable) Advanced knowledge of performance optimization, scalability best practices, and governor limit management Experience with automation tools and RPA concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) Experience with non-profit or mission-driven organizations preferred Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud capabilities Experience with custom object design, workflow automation, and process builder/Flow Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and permission sets Experience with data migration, data loader, and data quality management Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization techniques Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise-level solutions Understanding of multi-cloud architectures and integration patterns Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Architect and implement custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) with advanced functionality Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes following best practices Create and optimize custom CSS for Experience Cloud sites to ensure brand consistency and user experience excellence Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Establish and enforce an automation-first approach to reduce manual configurations Lead performance optimization initiatives and scalability planning for large-scale implementations Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Optimize system performance, including query optimization and governor limit management Lead release management and deployment strategies across multiple environments Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions Partner with business and product leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions Document technical solutions and maintain comprehensive code documentation Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements Lead technical requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across the organization Lead technical design sessions and participate in architecture decisions and platform roadmap planning First Tee is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges.
