PRINT PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
Location: Shreveport, Louisiana (On-site)
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18–22/hour starting range, based on experience and demonstrated skills
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional overtime or weekend production during peak demand

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Print Production Specialist is responsible for executing the daily production of museum-quality fine art reproductions and custom printed products. This role focuses on efficient production, finishing, packaging, quality inspection, and order fulfillment while working under the direction of the Digital Print & Prepress Specialist. Success in this position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, reliability, and pride in producing exceptional work.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Canon and LogoJET production equipment using established procedures.
- Produce museum-quality fine art reproductions and custom printed products that meet REvisART quality standards.
- Load media, prepare substrates, trim, mount, package, and prepare finished orders for shipment or customer pickup.
- Perform quality inspections before every order leaves production.
- Maintain production workflow, organization, and cleanliness throughout the production area.
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and report technical concerns promptly.
- Coordinate daily with the Digital Print & Prepress Specialist regarding priorities, workflow, and production schedules.
- Support retail, wholesale, and print-on-demand production as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in print production, manufacturing, framing, photography, or a related technical field preferred.
- Strong computer aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality.
