Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate stock levels using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor customer service delivery to guarantee a positive dining experience for all guests
- Lead shift management activities, including coordinating staff duties, resolving operational issues promptly, and maintaining productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or hotel experience is a plus
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, staff training, and development skills
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and food safety standards
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is highly desirable
