Fast Food Manager

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Manager, where you'll lead the daily operations of a high-energy quick service restaurant. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
• Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate stock levels using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining areas
• Monitor customer service delivery to guarantee a positive dining experience for all guests
• Lead shift management activities, including coordinating staff duties, resolving operational issues promptly, and maintaining productivity

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or hotel experience is a plus
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, staff training, and development skills
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and food safety standards
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is highly desirable
