Entry Level Sales Representative

Full-Time | In-Person (Retail)| Indianapolis, Indiana

Expanding our clients’ customer base through personalized, face-to-face interactions and humanizing the sales process. Selling telecom products and services (phone, internet, and other telecom products).

Over the past two years, our team has consistently delivered strong results, and now we’re ready to grow our team. We're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representative.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting to represent client products and services
  • Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Learn and apply sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions

What a Typical Day Looks Like: This is a full-time, in-person role that blends professional development with hands-on sales experience. Here's how your day will typically be structured:

Morning – Office-Based Training & Development

  • Start the day in our office with team meetings, where we set goals and align on strategy
  • Participate in group training sessions focused on sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge
  • Work one-on-one with mentors to develop your skills and track your progress
  • Engage in team-building activities to prepare for the second half of the day

Afternoon – In-Store, Face-to-Face Sales

  • Head into a partnered retail location where you’ll represent our client’s brand
  • Connect with customers in person, answer questions, and help them find the right products or services for their needs
  • Build rapport and deliver a great customer experience that reflects our values and our clients’ standards
  • Work independently and alongside your teammates to hit daily performance goals and grow your customer base
