About This Role:

• As a team member, you will provide quality, compassionate care in a secure setting.
• You will implement patient Care Plans for rehabilitation under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• You will assist mentally and/or physically impaired patients in tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance.
• You will communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members.
• You will assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• You will document patient care according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
• You will instruct patient family members or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• You will maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
• You will perform job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant/PTA program culminating in an Associate Degree.
• Current state licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant/PTA or equivalent in states where services are rendered.
• CPR certification when required.
