Looking to hire an energetic Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will provide customer support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. The Customer Service Representative will ensure corrective action for clients and maintain the highest standard of service and customer satisfaction is maintained. This person must have superior people skills, strong ability to communicate product, ability to work both individually and as a part of a team. Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree, plus 2 years of customer service or account management experience.
