About the Position

We're looking for passionate, energetic, and compassionate Stretch Therapists who enjoy helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

You'll deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, use innovative movement assessment technology, and build lasting client relationships.

Experience in fitness, wellness, or movement-related fields is preferred. Prior assisted stretching experience is not required. We provide training in the iFlex methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using iFlex-approved techniques.
• Assess client flexibility, mobility, and range of motion.
• Utilize Kinotek 3D movement assessment technology to help evaluate movement patterns and track progress.
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and consistent mobility care.
• Build positive client relationships that encourage satisfaction, retention, and membership growth.
• Support studio operations, scheduling, community events, and a clean, welcoming environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, athletic training, massage therapy, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or related fields.
• Understanding of anatomy, flexibility, mobility, and human movement.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching, PNF, static stretching, or dynamic stretching is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and assessment tools.

Training & Development

• Complete the required iFlex Stretch Therapist Certification Program before independently serving clients.
• Receive training in iFlex stretching techniques, client experience standards, and applicable movement assessment technology.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team training.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly compensation.
• Additional $5 to $10 bonus per eligible stretch session, based on the applicable incentive structure.
