About the Role
You will work directly with leadership to help drive daily operations across a vertically integrated cannabis company & Coffee Shop.
This role touches everything:
Operations. Inventory. Marketing. Training. Logistics. Projects.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Executing high-priority tasks across multiple departments with speed and accuracy
- Running critical errands and sourcing supplies to keep operations moving
- Preparing and completing inter-store inventory transfers (compliance is key)
- Conducting inventory audits and catching discrepancies before they become problems
- Supporting and improving social media presence (content, posting, engagement)
- Assisting with budtender training and onboarding to elevate team performance
- Handling administrative and computer-based work (reports, spreadsheets, systems)
- Supporting leadership on projects, launches, and process improvements
- Identifying inefficiencies and fixing them proactively
- Being someone the team can rely on—every single day
What We’re Looking For
You are:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Naturally proactive (you don’t wait—you act)
- Able to prioritize and execute under pressure
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities at once
- Tech-capable (Google Docs, spreadsheets, POS systems, Canva, etc.)
- A strong communicator with a professional presence
- Resourceful—you can solve problems without constant direction
Non-Negotiables
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Ability to move between multiple locations regularly
- High level of trust, integrity, and accountability
- Must meet all Montana Cannabis Control Division (CCD) requirements
- Ability to lift and carry inventory when needed
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in cannabis, retail, or coffee operations
- Inventory or compliance experience
- Social media or marketing skills
- Training or leadership experience
- A track record of being the “go-to person” in past roles
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
