Position Summary: The Design Coordinator is responsible for providing scheduling and resource support for the Design team. Duties include administrative functions such as printing, sorting, and filing. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company and the capability of working in a team environment are necessary for this position. Duties / Responsibilities: Assist Design staff with administrative functions Demonstrate a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement; identify and respond actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers; participate as a team player in all phases of the organization; and is open and responsive to change. Comply with all company policies and procedures Communicating effectively with team members Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required: General computer knowledge Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Ability to learn new tasks and processes Attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work Efficient and able to complete assignments within a given deadline Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong team ethic Education and Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements: Sitting or standing at a computer for long periods of time. Occasional visits to local job sites. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required Why Clayton?
