What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Operations Manager position at 31-W Insulation?
We are currently looking for an aggressive, goal oriented person to assist in the management and growth of one of our 48 nationwide locations. The branch is located in Memphis, TN and services greater Memphis and surrounding areas in the construction industry.
Ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, strong business management skills; some sales experience a plus and a working knowledge of construction business management.
Management Duties Include:
- Leading a team of sales staff and installers
- Ensure quality control of product installation thereby retaining and assisting in growing market share
- P & L responsibility involves monitoring the net income after expenses for the branch with direct influence on how company resources are allocated.
- Problem solving, multi-tasking and time management
- Maintaining company vehicles and warehouse inventory
- We offer salary plus performance bonus with benefit package including company vehicle, medical insurance, dental and vision optional insurance, 401K and paid vacation.
Branch Manager Requirements:
Previous management experience is required.
Some previous construction experience is highly preferred
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
DOT physical required
Bilingual preferred but not required

Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
