Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tampa, FL, for the role of Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at the branch level, manage and lead staff, plan and execute sales strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve operational goals. Responsibilities include handling budgets, scheduling, maintaining branch health and safety regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication with stakeholders, and leadership to ensure the branch operates efficiently and meets objectives.
